By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person or subject to any financial sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. bull999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one bull999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or different identities – is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any promotional balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify bull999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. bull999 shall not be liable for losses resulting from a failure to maintain password security on your part.
3.4 KYC Verification. bull999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of our licensing obligations. You agree to provide identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method when requested. Failure to complete KYC to bull999's satisfaction may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges.
4.1 Accepted Methods. bull999 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect, among other methods as may be updated from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 or as otherwise specified at the point of transaction. bull999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that no suspicious activity flags are outstanding on the account. bull999 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes and bank transfer processing within one (1) business hour, though these timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. bull999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. bull999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts not registered in the Player's name. Any such transactions will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
5.1 Validity of Bets. A bet is only valid once confirmed and accepted by the bull999 system. Confirmation is communicated via on-screen notification and is reflected in your transaction history. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of unconfirmed bet slips, or communications with support staff do not constitute valid bet acceptance.
5.2 Obvious Errors. bull999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. bull999 will not honour bets where it can reasonably demonstrate that an error in pricing was evident at the time of placement.
5.3 Maximum Payout. Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum payout limits as specified in the product rules for each sport or casino game. bull999 reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts at its discretion for any Player or any market.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during significant match events. bets placed during a suspension will be voided and stakes returned. bull999 shall not be liable for any inability to place or amend a live bet due to market suspension or connectivity interruption on the Player's end.
6.1 General. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bull999 are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse. bull999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit, and to close the associated account, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.

10.3 bull999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of Platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bull999 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bull999's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution body.
